By accessing this platform and participating in the Free Rudraksha Seva, you agree to abide by the following terms, which are rooted in Vedic traditions and administrative transparency.
11. Nature of Seva
The Free Rudraksha Seva is a non-commercial, spiritual initiative by Shree Swami Rudraksham Seva Trust. It is not a commercial sale of goods.
22. Eligibility
The Free Seva is limited to one (1) 5-Mukhi Rudraksha per household or individual to ensure maximum outreach to all devotees.
33. Seva Dakshina & Shipping
While the Rudraksha bead is provided free, devotees are requested to cover the nominal shipping, packaging, and handling costs (Seva Dakshina) to sustain the logistics network.
44. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the botanical authenticity of all beads. However, since Rudraksha are natural seeds, variations in size, shape, and color are inherent and expected.
55. Spiritual Disclaimer
Rudraksha are sacred aids for spiritual growth. The Trust does not guarantee specific material or medical outcomes, as spiritual results vary based on individual faith and practice (Sadhana).
66. Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after consecration. Delays may occur during major Vedic festivals or due to logistics constraints.
